The Anderson Parkflyers field is located in Anderson River Park. Anderson is about 10 miles south of Redding. The gate to the flying field is on the right side of the dirt road in the back of the park which leads along a pond, towards the river. This field is under-utilized, and seems to be slowly returning to a natural state. To save this field, local fliers should work with the town to try to increase its visibility and its' official standing as a flying field.
